Fitness and exercise for kids
Crossfit kids classes help to build self confidence, good movement patterns as well as building fitness levels within a supportive, coach-led environment.
The functional movements incorporated into our games provide a solid foundation for continued growth in sport and life.
We are proud to offer classes for ages 7 to 17 with programming tailored to the abilities and development of each child.
The crossfit teens classes are suited to teenagers who want to get stronger, fitter, faster and some younger kids that have been doing Crossfit kids for at least several terms.
Please note that the age ranges given reflect physical ability and ability to listen to coaching. Your child or teen may benefit from going up or down in age range depending on their physical ability, motivation, and how well they follow instructions in class.
