Crossfit Christchurch Teams Programs will give your team the competitive edge or a head start on the upcoming season. Just like our regular classes, our teams program focuses on building a base of good movement, aerobic capacity, and strength.

However, in our teams program, we add sport specific training and drills. For example, we do more agility, cutting, and speed drills depending on the needs of the sport. We can also incorporate decision making drills for field sports. Participating in our program means that team coaches can spend  more time building skill and team-work, while losing less time to injury.
